These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AbhyasX platform (website and related services) operated by Nextflux Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using AbhyasX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AbhyasX. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services Provided

AbhyasX is an AI-powered UPSC preparation platform that offers:

• Daily current affairs summaries and analysis
• Previous year question practice (17,000+ questions)
• AI-powered answer evaluation
• Interactive geography explorer with maps
• Answer writing dictation practice
• Government schemes database
• Monthly magazine and mind maps

Access to certain features may be limited based on your subscription tier (Guest, Free, or Premium).

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

AbhyasX offers the following premium plans:

• Monthly Plan (Auto-Recurring): Charged at the listed monthly price. This is a recurring subscription with automatic monthly billing via UPI Autopay or card mandate. The subscription runs for up to 12 billing cycles and can be cancelled at any time.
• Annual Plan (One-Time): A single one-time payment for 12 months of premium access. This plan does not auto-renew.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to a monthly plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. For the annual plan, a one-time charge is applied at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If a recurring payment fails, your subscription may be paused or halted until the payment is resolved.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time from your profile page. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current cycle.

Annual (one-time) plans cannot be cancelled mid-term but are eligible for refunds as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Scholarship & Faculty Codes

AbhyasX may offer scholarship tests and faculty codes that provide discounted or free access to premium features. These are subject to specific terms:

• Scholarship discounts apply only to the first billing cycle of a monthly subscription, or to the one-time annual payment.
• Faculty codes are non-transferable and subject to usage limits set by the issuing faculty.
• We reserve the right to revoke access obtained through fraudulent or misused codes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from AbhyasX without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AbhyasX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, summaries, analysis, maps, and software, is the property of Nextflux Technologies Private Limited or its content licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AbhyasX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content for UPSC preparation, we do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated analysis or evaluation
• Any specific outcome in UPSC or other competitive examinations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextflux Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
