Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscriptions purchased on the AbhyasX platform, operated by Nextflux Technologies Private Limited. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Plans Overview

AbhyasX offers two types of premium plans:

2. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Recurring Subscription

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your profile page.
  • Upon cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • No further automatic charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle once cancelled.

Annual (One-Time) Subscription

  • The annual plan is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
  • Since there is no recurring billing, cancellation is not applicable.
  • Your premium access remains active for the full 12-month period from the date of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Monthly Recurring Subscription

Since the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle, refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions. You retain access for the remainder of the current paid period after cancellation.

However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transaction: If a charge was made without your consent after you cancelled.
  • Service outage: If the platform was significantly unavailable for a prolonged period during your billing cycle.

Annual (One-Time) Subscription

Refund requests for the annual plan are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used premium features during that period. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the annual plan.

Scholarship & Discounted Plans

Subscriptions activated through scholarship tests or faculty codes at a discounted rate (including free access) are not eligible for refunds. For monthly subscriptions with a scholarship discount on the first cycle, the standard cancellation policy applies from the second cycle onward.

Promotional & Whitelist Access

Premium access granted through promotional offers or whitelist programs is provided free of charge and is not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the transaction

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days after processing).

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving payment issues promptly and fairly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
